Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly (name, email, company) when you create an account, as well as usage data and social media account tokens when you connect platforms.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to provide and improve the Lucy service, including generating AI content, publishing posts on your behalf, and displaying analytics.

3. Social platform data

When you connect a social account, we store encrypted access tokens to publish content and fetch analytics. We do not sell your social data to third parties. For TikTok: we access your TikTok data solely to enable content creation and publishing features you have explicitly authorized.

4. Data security

OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. We use Supabase (hosted on AWS) for data storage with row-level security enabled.
